The Tuku Memorial Concert which will be taking place on Friday the 27th at the Glamis Arena will be headlined by South Africa's Mi Casa and Zambian artists Amayenge and James Sakala.

The concert set to commemorate the late Oliver Mtukudzi, who died in January 23 at Avenues Clinic at the age of 66 after battling diabetes  for a long time.

The musicians will be arriving at the Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport, and will thereafter be transported by Partson Chimboza of Chipaz Promotions to a welcome party at Dream Nightlife, formerly named as Club Sankayi, owned by Ginimbi.

“We want to create an environment where they can feel at home and also get any opportunity to mix and mingle with people and artists who will be in attendance.” said Chimboza.

The legend will be celebrated by Zimbabwe's finest A-List musicians, a lot of them being legends in their own genres. These include: Sungura king Alick Macheso, Winky D and Jah Prayzah. Others include Souljah Love, Tocky Vibes and Enzo Ishall.

The daughter of the iconic music legend Selmor Mtukudzi, will be performing for free as this event, according to her, is a family event.
