Stand-up comedian, Carl Joshua Ncube has done it again! Having recently announced that he was invited to the prestigious TED Summit in Edinburgh, Scotland, FOR THE SECOND TIME, he is definitely making sure that Zimbabwe stays on the map!

In 2017, Ncube was selected as a TED Fellow, joining a class of 21 change-makers from all around the world, who were tasked to deliver electric and thought-provoking talks and performances at the TED Global conference in Arusha, Tanzania.

Each year, the conference is attended by leading businesspeople, academics and activists. Fellows are chosen based on their accomplishments, their grit, collaborative spirit and potential to break barriers, and Ncube is known for all of that and more; as he uses humour to approach culturally taboo topics from Zimbabwe.

This year, his focus was on collaborations for Zimbabwe, and he smashed it!

If that was not enough for any Zimbabwean to be proud, the award-winning comedian has more! In a tweet he shared another milestone where he is featured on a show in the UK.

Keep soaring and raising that Zim flag, Carl!
