ACTION Hub director Tafadzwa Muzondo will perform 105 hours of unpaid labour at Mufakose 1 High School as a repercussion for fondling musician Pauline Gundidza’s breasts.
Muzondo was found guilty on two counts of indecent assault when he appeared before Mbare magistrate Stanford Mambanje.
In his sentence, Mambanje had slapped the 40-year-old artiste with a nine months imprisonment before setting aside five months on condition that Muzondo does not commit a similar offence in the next five years.
The remaining four months were suspended on condition that Muzondo commits himself to 105 hours of community service.
In line with the conviction, the State had it that on March 28, Pauline was at Action Hub Studios with other artistes where she was invited to be a guest.
After the event and while she was waiting for her ride home with friends Mariane Kunonga and Rolland Lunga (comedian Boss Kedha), Muzondo commented on Pauline’s breasts.
The musician is believed to have frowned upon the comments before informing her friends who then reprimanded Muzondo of his behavior.
However, acting against Pauline’s wish, the State proved that Muzondo went on to lean towards Pauline and fondled her breasts before disappearing into thin air.
