Tino Kadewere
Born in 1996 in Highfield, Philana Tinotenda "Tino" Kadewere is a Zimbabwean professional football player who plays as a striker for the Zimbabwe national team and the La Liga club, Mallorca, on loan from Ligue 1 club, Lyon.

Regarded as one of the most talented strikers from Zimbabwe right now, Tino Kadewere is also currently one of the highest-paid Zimbabwean football players.

Harare City


Kadewere was signed by Harare City in 2014 after graduating from his high school team at Prince Edward School. He scored seven goals in the Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League during the first half of his debut season with the first team.

Djurgardens IF


Tino Kadewere went on trial with Swedish first-division club Djurgardens IF and French Ligue 2 club Sochaux in the summer of 2015. Later, in August 2015, he decided to join Djurgrdens IF on loan for the rest of the season, with the club having the option to sign him permanently on a four-year deal at the end of the year. On 29 August 2015, he made his Allsvenskan debut. He later joined Djurgrden for a reported sum of 150K Euros.

On July 25, 2016, he scored his first league goal for the club, a consolation goal in the 94th minute of a 3-1 home loss to GIF Sundsvall after being substituted in the 85th minute. 

He scored four goals in a league game against IK Sirius on 27 May 2018, making him the first Djurgården player since Tommy Berggren in 1978 to score four goals in a single league game.

Le Havre


Kadewere signed a four-year contract with French Ligue 2 club Le Havre in July 2018. The fee paid to Djurgrden was reported to be $2.5 million.

Lyon


Kadewere joined Ligue 1 club Olympique Lyonnais on January 22, 2020. The agreement also included him remaining on loan at Le Havre for the remainder of the 2019-20 season.

For the 2020-21 season, he joined the Lyon squad. He scored a brace for Lyon in a 2-1 win over Saint-Étienne on November 8, 2020.

Kadewere joined Mallorca in Spain on loan with an option to buy on 29 August 2022.

International career 


In addition to his successful club career, Tino Kadewere has also represented Zimbabwe at the under-17, under-20 and under-23 youth levels.

On 21 June 2015, he made his senior team debut in a 2-0 victory over Comoros.
