Urban groover, Nox Guni, is set for a double delight when he launches his ninth album and also celebrate his birthday this Friday.
The Ndinonyara hit-maker turns 36 in style and has named his album-Surprise.
According to his camp the musician is unveiling his Ice n Roses band for the first time and expects a huge turnout at a massive event he has planned for the Woods Night Club (Formerly 1+1).
The launch will also be graced by fellow singers Trevor Dongo, Diana Samkange and hit maker Baba Harare.
Several radio deejays are also expected to be on rotation.
Nox has predicted his rebirth through the album and says he is back and will be keeping up appearances unlike previous years where he was taking a hiatus.
The musician rose to fame after hits such as Ndinonyara, Kana Ndinewe, Zvandadiwa and Handigone Newe.
Despite his ups and downs and his off the stage drama, Nox has belted other albums including Wandipengesa (2004), Rythm and Blues (2006), Chapter Three (2008), Music, Love and Me 2009, Zim’s Finest: Tisu Tine Yese (2010) and Eighth Wonder (2013).
