Danai Stuns At Avengers Endgame Premiere

Zimbabwean actress Danai Gurira made the nation proud once again when she flew our flag high at the premiere of the newest Marvel film, Avengers: Endgame.

The final instalment of the incredible Marvel Comic Universe saga is one of the most anticipated films of the year so far and you can tell that all of the biggest names in Hollywood want the opportunity to be involved in its release. This is why it came as no surprise that Danai was on the guest list the blockbuster film.

Danai showed up to the film with Black Panther cast members, Letitia Wright and director, Ryan Coogler. Danai was absolutely blown away by the support she received from her fans, saying:

"To all the fans who came out in support of the #AvengersEndgame premiere last night, you’re awesome — we felt the love. HUGE thanks as well to everyone that supported my Omaze campaign for Almasi Arts! I’m grateful to each and every one of you."

The actress was involved in some drama relating to Avengers: Endgame after it was discovered that her face had been left out of the poster for the blockbuster film.

However, they later rectified the decision and put some respek on our girl's name. In the meantime, take a look Danai's outfit from the night which had tongues wagging across the entire internet:

Danai is also billed to star in the upcoming Black Panther 2 which will be premiering in 2020. She has spoken fondly about the impact that Black Panther has already made, saying:

"The success of #BlackPanther has made clear that when we see each other as one, we become powerful. The way it has been embraced across the diaspora - that’s the power of Pan Africanism. We must never lose sight of what astounding results our unity can yield".

We can't wait for both endgame AND Black Panther 2 the moment they drop!
