Popular musician HKD boss, Freeman recently took to Twitter to get a few things off his chest.

Coming off of his Cape Town concert the dancehall chanter felt like he needed to address the lack of unity in the Zim music industry.

He said he envied Nigerian artists who are united and support each other because they know they are better together.

Here is what he had to say;
"This is real and its not good for our Industry! We really need to change and up the game family. Maybe its only me ndinemawonero angu (these are my opinions) bt ZimArtist ain't  a Family! seeing big Negerian Artists endorsing each other but muno We celebrate and rejoice zvikanzi nhingi aFlopper or adzikira (we rejoice at at other people's downfall."

A lot of fans and celebs alike agreed with him.

This gave fans an opportunity to shade artists they felt like were not as supportive of others; Thomas Mapfumo and Winky D featured a lot.

Other fans pointed out that this was not exclusive to the entertainment industry but that it was a Zimbo thing in general.

This is not surprising because a number of people have been saying it. Remember when Rhuveneko dragged artists for being snobs, or when Buffalo Souljah dragged them for filth? Clearly the music industry needs to do better.

Thoughts? Let is know!
