With some seeing gayish connotations and others a terrible outfit, award-winning gospel crooner Sebastian Magacha remains unfazed by the comments saying he will continue on and he respects other people's opinions.

This follows the Bhosvo singer's posting of the glimpse to his upcoming clothing line on Instagram which was met by wide criticism triggering the #sabachallenge where people are making fun of the singer's clothing line.

Speaking to Zimbolebs, Magacha highlighted that 15 years in the public eye have enabled him to fight past whatever negativity that comes his way.

"As someone who has been in the public light for over 15 years, I have received a lot of negative and positive comments from people, my main focus is on God and for me to allow the gift of creativeness that he gave me to manifest.

"I am from a society of very opinionated individuals, whatever they think I will always love and appreciate them either way," said the crooner.

Magacha added that he will soldier on and the clothing line is only but a start to a lot of creations in-store

"The clothing line is one of many creative things that I am working on. This particular outfit is mostly a suit that we decided to add a kente tail to and give it an African flair.

"As you are aware men-robes are common in many parts of the world including Nigeria, the Muslim and Irish countries," he said.

He also said he will focus on those who are appreciating his art.

"My aim is to make sure I create something that is global and international. Just like everything that is out there, this may not always be accepted by other people. However there are also those who appreciate this style of dressing, our main focus is on them," said Magacha.
