During the national lockdown, many people are looking at ways they can keep busy and mentally sane.

Musician Roki took to social media to share a few lessons that the lockdown has taught him.

Zimbabwe and neighbours South Africa are currently under a 21-day lockdown to help curb the spread of the coronavirus.

Roki said his heart goes out to those who are in prison during the coronavirus outbreak,

"Covid19 is a serious matter guys, please stay safe and be strong. Protect your sanity during these trying times by keeping yourself occupied as much as possible".

During the lockdown, people are finding various ways to keep themselves busy in order not to get bored whilst being in their homes.

"Read books, write memoirs, plot your next moves, revise yourself and correct all you need to," advised the musician.
