Just a few days after Andy Muridzo called out Jah Prayzah for being “greedy”, he is now coming for the award winning musician’s manager Keen Mushapaidze.

He called the manager dumb for saying that he was never signed under Jah Prayzah’s Millitary Touch Movement (MTM).

The feud started when Andy did an interview on popular podcast, The Denny J Show where he blasted Jah Prayzah.

He claimed Jah Prayzah who was the leader of MTM grabbed most of the opportunities and took all the collaborations in a bid to better himself alone.

His remarks did not go well with Jah Prayzah’s manager who fired back saying Andy was never officially part of the MTM stable.

“I dare this guy to show the whole world his signed MTM contract. He is the only artist who was in the stable, whose contract was not signed. Vakangopiwa draft contract Hatina kuzoriona futi takangotanga kuvaonawo mumaphotoshoot nemasong (He was only given a draft contract which we never saw again and he just started showing up at photoshoots and recordings). He was never OFFICIALLY a part of MTM,” a fed up Keen responded.

Andy has however responded back to Keen’s allegations which he rubbished. Speaking in an interview on Star FM’s ‘After Drive’ with DJ Ollah 7, Andy had some nasty words for Keen Mushapaidze.

“You can’t say I was not part of Military Touch Movement then say you received my letter of termination. So what was I terminating? There is a level of dumbness that is in him,” Andy said.
As for Jah Prayzah himself, Andy said he doesn’t hold any grudges against him.

“I love that guy but that guy is one difficult person. I was bitter then but now I’m not. Even when I was bitter, I was not bitter at him. I was bitter at the team especially Simba (Simbilimbi) because I knew what they were doing. They would speak badly about me behind my back and try to turn Jah against me.”
Andy added that his efforts to contact Jah Prayzah have been fruitless since 2017.

“I have tried calling him and he doesn’t answer. I have texted him and he doesn’t respond so why should I keep on disturbing his peace. We even met at Tuku (Oliver Mtukudzi)’s funeral and I tried to talk to him but he gave me a cold shoulder as if he didn’t know me. I can’t keep on perusing him. I have other things to do,” Andy said.

Despite everything that has happened, the “Dherira” hitmaker said he still considers Jah Prayzah his mentor.

“Even if I meet him today I will greet him. He is my mentor. We have come a long way.”

Jah Prayzah has remained tight lipped about the situation since Andy left  MTM.
In 2020, he announced the closure of MTM and the termination of all record deals associated with the label.

"I would want to let the whole of Zimbabwe and other global music lovers who have been following our journey that it is now time I let these superstars go out there to conquer the world in music and I have so much confidence in their ability to do so.

I have done my part in putting in the little resources I had at that time but I do feel the artists have outgrown the label and though it is painful, I feel it is the right time to release them and also terminate all contracts that were in place," he wrote on Facebook.
